Paste IDs from your platform's Ads Manager. For Meta: find them in the URL when viewing a campaign, ad set, or ad, or export from the Leads Centre. For Google: find them in Google Ads under the campaign/ad group/ad. Names are optional; the dashboard resolves them automatically.

UTM Parameters (optional)

Tracking tags appended to the ad's destination URL. If the lead came from a Meta Lead Form (no landing page), these are usually blank. Copy from the ad's URL or your UTM builder if available.

Where traffic came from, e.g. meta, google
Channel type, e.g. paid, organic
Campaign slug from the URL
Identifies the specific ad variation
Search keyword (Google only)
Original Submission (optional)
When the lead was originally submitted on the platform — not when you're entering it now. Find it in the Meta Leads Centre or Google Ads. Leave blank to use the current time.
The page the lead arrived on. Copy from the ad's destination URL in Ads Manager.
The page they came from before the landing page, if known. Usually Facebook or Google.
